Family Medicine Summer Forum 2023 Registration
The 2023 Summer Forum is going to be held as a hybrid event, meaning it will combine a traditional live in-person meeting with a live/virtual online component via live streaming.
The meeting is scheduled for June 30 - July 2, 2023, at The Boca Raton Resort and Club
As an attendee, you will have the following options:

Virtual Attendance: Attend the meeting remote from the comfort of your own space (e.g., home/office).

In-Person Attendance: Attend the meeting by going to The Boca Raton Resort & Club and be physically present to participate in the educational sessions.

Standard Room: $235
*Important Hotel Information: The FAFP room block at The Boca Raton Resort & Club has been filled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Parking: Attendees staying at the Boca Raton will receive a daily discounted rate of $15 for overnight Valet parking. There is no self-parking option.
Attendees who are not staying at the Boca Raton will receive a rate of $28 for daily Valet parking. Self-parking is not available.
