Welcome to the 2024 Hybrid Family Medicine Winter Summit Registration Page
The 2024 FAFP Family Medicine Winter Summit is scheduled for December 6-8, 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming. The FAFP room block at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island has reached capacity. The Ritz-Carlton is no longer accepting names for the waiting list. Please click here for parking information.
The FAFP room block is strictly for registered Winter Summit meeting attendees. Any room reservations that are not connected to a meeting registration will be subject to cancellation. (Phone reservations will not be accepted)
Salt restaurant will be closed for renovations during the 2024 FAFP Winter Summit.
