Welcome to the 2024 Hybrid Family Medicine Winter Summit Registration Page
The 2024 FAFP Family Medicine Winter Summit is scheduled for December 6-8, 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming. Registered attendees will receive a hotel reservation link to book accommodations at The Ritz-Carlton. Click here for parking information.
The FAFP room block is strictly for registered Winter Summit meeting attendees. Any room reservations that are not connected to a meeting registration will be subject to cancellation. (Phone reservations will not be accepted)
Salt restaurant will be closed for renovations during the 2024 FAFP Winter Summit.
