The 2025 FAFP Family Medicine Summer Forum is scheduled for July 11-12, 2025 at The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and will be held as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either traditional, In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance presented via live streaming.

Take advantage of discounted rates in the FAFP room block from $249/night until June 3, 2025 - inclusive of reduced resort fees and cancellation/refund up to one week prior to reservation. (*Please note, any reservations booked outside of the booking link or without the use of the FAFP group code are non-refundable and will be subject to additional resort fees. The FAFP's group code is automatically applied via the booking link, and will also be included in your Registration Confirmation email, should you choose to book over the phone.)
Parking Information: 2025 FAFP Summer Forum attendees staying at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort will receive one parking pass per unit booked. Parking pass includes complimentary self-parking for one vehicle - parking passes for additional vehicles may be requested, but are subject to availability. Attendees who are staying off property will be instructed to self-park in the complimentary Inspiration Lot near the Baytowne Conference Center.
